Is a company dedicated to the manufacture of P.O.P, promotional and merchandising products, being compromised to work permanently in providing our customers with products and services with a high quality and in the required periods, in such a way that we fulfill their needs and expectatives. In this way is the responsibility and compromise of Mercico Ltda. To accomplish the legal norms that are in force and to maintain a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2000 norm that guarantees a continuous improvement in the efficiency of our administrative and productive processes. For that the General Management compromises itself to offer the resources necessary to implement and maintain the Management Quality System and to support the development of the human wealth. Mercico Ltda worries that the present Quality Policy is coherent and that reflects the activities that it develops, checking and adapting it when necessary, in the same way assuring that it is diffused, communicated and understood by all the people that belong to the organization.
